Emma has a J.D., a M.S. in Criminal Justice, and a B.A. in Psychology.
Education and Experience
She interned with the local Special Victim's Unit for the Carroll County State's Attorney's Office in undergrad, as a graduate assistant with the University of Baltimore Clinical Law Program, and as a legal extern in law school for Public Policy Partners.
Before going back to school (and during) she was employed as an accounting assistant in the fields of property management, retirement planning, insurance, and tax planning. Thereafter, Emma has worked as a non-attorney in immigration defense, family law, criminal defense, and plaintiffs sexual assault and medical malpractice cases.
